Shipping and Refunds


FLAT RATE of $8 for all orders with regular shipping through Australia Post. Please allow 2-3 business days for local orders and for Interstate 5-7 Business Days. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING is a rate of $15 through Australia Post. Please allow 1-2 business days locally and for Interstate 2-3 business days.

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours Monday to Friday, once confirmation of payment has been received.

All orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be processed the following business day.

TJ the Label will not take responsibility for missing parcels delivered to the correct address or delays caused by delivery services. Please double check your details to make sure they are correct for delivery as TJ the Label will not be held liable for incorrect shipping details. Delivery Timeframes outlined above are based on Australia Post guidelines.

*During busy times such as sale and promotional days please allow up to 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched.

We won't charge you Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) but your country might charge you applicable taxes on import. the cost of any taxes, levies, duties and fees are the customer's responsibility, so please check before making your purchase. 


TJ the Label want our customers to love our products as much as we do, but if unfortunately you are not happy with your order we can provide a full refund.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

Please notify us within 10 days of receiving our order.

Unfortunately there are NO REFUNDS & EXCHANGES on sale items, unless deemed faulty by TJ the Label once received back.

(a) Order number and date of purchase

(b) Identify whether you are seeking a refund, or an exchange.

(c) Item(s) that you would like to refund or exchange

(d) Reason for exchange or refund

We will then provide you with a return shipping label to be placed on package.

Returning/Exchange Item Criteria:

Please ensure the following requirements are met:

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • All tags are in place in their original condition
  • The item has not been worn, washed or altered in any way 

Customers are liable for the cost of the packaging needed to post item/s back to TJ the Label. Postage will be refunded if the item is deemed faulty.

All items will be checked once received back, to see if the items meet the above criteria. Once it has been approved a refund or exchanged will be approved and customer will be notified.
